Want to show a film you've made? Send it to us! We're doing our first open mic night for short films at The Montpelier in Peckham, a pub with a cosy cinema room. First come, first served, so make sure you register your ticket now for a slot. Each filmmaker will have the chance to do a little Q&A.
This is a smaller and more intimate event than our usual events (up to 30 people) which is a great way to really connect with fellow filmmakers and make some new friends!
If you'd like to show your film, please:
- Make sure it is under 20 minutes
- Make sure it has English captions for deaf and hard-of-hearing people
After you've booked a ticket, we will email you for a digital copy of your film so please book with your correct email address. If we find that the film does not meet our above requirements, we will not screen it (sorry, no refunds, we've warned you!). The film can be of any genre and can be something from 20 years ago, something recent or even something you're about to make before the event. One film per person only.
If you want to attend but don't want to show a film, you're more than welcome to! Just choose the second ticket option. If you need a BSL interpreter, please tick this option when booking a ticket. All tickets need to be booked in advance online. If you are screening a film, you must be able to attend so please make sure you're available on the evening of Thursday 29 March.
Doors will open at 7pm and films will start at 7:30pm. The event page will be regularly updated with details of the film programme.
A great opportunity to check out new talent and meet collaborators. Find out more about what we do at The Film Bunch and get involved. Open to everyone, feel free to invite your friends! We are at a bar so venue is 18+.
How to get there: Nearest station is Peckham Rye.
