Free British Sign Language Workshop

  • Bromley by Bow Centre Saint Leonard's Street London, England, E3 3BT United Kingdom (map)

We thought it'd be great to get a bunch of us together to learn the basics of British Sign Language over a cup of tea/coffee! This is for anyone and everyone - even if you already know BSL, you're welcome to join us. We want to raise awareness of hearing loss and teach you some basics like the alphabet, numbers and greetings. We'll also go through a few film keywords!

It's free to join, we recommend booking online to save your space. Entry will depend on space and priority will be given to those with tickets.

We will start at 6pm but we won't mind too much if you're a bit late as we know some of you will be coming from work. We will finish at 7:30pm.

Find out more about what we do at The Film Bunch and get involved.

Please note: This is not a professional course and you won't get a qualification. We just want to have fun in an informal, comfortable environment and learn a bit more about the amazing language together!

How to get there: Nearest station is Bromley by Bow, Devon's Road or Bow Church. Find more directions here.
